I live on Fripp Island with my family. I am originally from Tennessee, but moved here 35 years ago and have been enjoying the lowcountry as a Broker since that time. I specialize in residential, waterfront, land, and commercial real estate. My wife moved to Beaufort from New Canaan Connecticut. She was a real estate attorney and currently helps manage several properties on Fripp Island. My daughter is a student at College of Charleston, and my son is a graduate of University of South Carolina. I love the beach and am also an avid fly fisherman. I have probably had my Hells Bay flats boat up every creek and river and across every saltwater flat in the Beaufort area. I know the water and I know the waterfront market. I am also very familiar with Beaufort’s commercial real estate market and have been very fortunate to have been involved in many of Beaufort's larger commercial sales as well as over 400 land sales. I was involved in the development and sale of three gorgeous developments in Beaufort, including Battery Point, Polawana Island and Wrights Point Plantation. While doing these three incredible developments, I established a very good working relationship with most of Beaufort's respectable, sought after builders as well as county and city officials. I developed a very extensive knowledge of not only these developments, but every development in the Beaufort area.
